Our Solution
Pivotal Leap design the solution for their e-commerce platform using platforms including B2B Commerce Cloud (Salesforce), Salesforce Sales Cloud and Cloud Craze.
When a customer chose their list of products and clicked “Go to cart,” the site automatically checked product availability
- If the product was available, it let the customer check out
- If some products were unavailable, it offered the option to split the order. Available products would be delivered immediately; unavailable products would be scheduled for delivery based on delivery estimates.
Result
- This client was able to supply available products and eliminate frustrations with product supply chain disruptions.
