Pivotal Leap created a solution built on top of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
The client’s Contract Data Table fed in the appropriate information when a contract was ending and emails and messages were sent to corresponding brokers and customers on the same trigger.
- Email messages were sent at 90-, 60-, and 30-day advance trigger dates to the brokers and customers
- We developed an architecture for their contract table, as it was becoming overly large.
Result
- The client was able to comply to the existing LIBOR benchmark due to our new architecture and improve their claims approval processes. The organization saw a 17% growth in sales with a nominal increase in costs.
