Would we let another program end that help subsidize or provide day care for low income families?
Jon’s eyes scanned the room as he drummed his fingers on the desk. It was imperative that he get this data entered the system. He had a meeting with his funders in two weeks and he needed to be able to show them how much impact their donations were making. But no matter how hard he tried, Jon couldn’t seem to get his caseworkers to enter the data. They just didn’t seem to understand how important it was.
He sighed and leaned back in his chair, running his hands through his hair in frustration. He didn’t know if he had it in him to be a successful non – profit. All his life, he had been told that he was talented. But talent wasn’t enough. And Jon just wasn’t sure if he had that in him.
Jon thought to himself what would happen to all these children at the day care he was running. Their parents would not be able to afford other day cares and worst parents would have to make a choice between taking care of the children in daytime or put the food on the table.
Jon told Rushi about his situation, Rushi said he understands. Jon couldn’t believe it when Rushi told him about the app. It would make his life so much easier! Caseworkers could keep track of all data on their phone, tablet, or desktop. Plus, the app would be easy to use so that the caseworkers could input the data themselves. This was a lifesaver!
Now the challenge for Jon was to get the data which they had into the newly created app. Rushi and Jon would have to figure out a way to get the data in from the excel sheets
